- Eligibility for Returns: A video should be recorded during the unboxing of the product immediately after its delivery. - Initiating a Return: After conducting a video inspection, product returns or exchanges will be facilitated.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. We recommend using a reliable courier service that provides tracking information for the return shipment.
- Quality Check: Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria.

- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or altered garments, as well as items purchased during clearance sales or with special discounts, may not be eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
